About My Music:
I describe my genre as “musical theatre folk rock” or “what it would sound like if Joni Mitchell, Amanda Palmer, and Tori Amos wrote a musical.”
My music is lyric driven, witty, and vulnerable and explores nuances of whimsy and wisdom. My first album, Power of the Unnamed Passion, is a musical memoir about grief and resilience.
Recently, I’ve been writing more comedy songs and exploring elements of genre parody. I’m currently working on my next album which I’m calling Wise Fool. Stay tuned for more on that as it develops!
